- To those complaining about the timing of this. It is a Presidential election coming up. I would much rather see this now before the vote. My husband grew up in the "system". Not by choice. We are doing well now. Everything we have we earned. This man doesn't get it.

- You might be a reasonable person and not paint your house an ugly color but others aren't. I live in a community where there are many different HOA's. In the one development without a ruling HOA, somebody painted their house purple. Nobody was there to regulate that.

- If McDonalds quits buying it, it can't be good. I understand we all want safe food sources, but, how much of this stuff was in the hamburger? I know that I don't want to pay good money for something that is mostly filler. We all have the options to buy whatever we want to put into our bodies.

- This has nothing to do with learning vulnerability or friendship. This has everything to do with this man putting his hands up her skirt. He should be in jail. That is sexual assult. I wonder if his name is on the sex registry now or if they conveniently forgot to do that.

- This is a dish it but can't take it situation. He has insulted the intellegence of everybody without an R behind their names at a polling booth. I'd love to hear the flight attendants version of it. I have seen an awful lot of snotty celebrities on flights that treat attendants poorly.

- Election years always bring out the best in people. Listen, I know we are all passionate about politics. I would like to have a rational discussion. No name calling, from either side. We know that Akin made a bad statement. It was a truly misinformed and irresponsible thing for him to do.

- 32,000 rapes each year lead to pregnancy? That number is horrible. Rape isn't always done by a stranger. Many of these pregnancies are from incest as well. This is 2012. Akin needs to do some more reading. He didn't misspeak - he truly believed what he was saying.

- This doesn't surprise me at all. I was flying through Chicago this past week. I watched a United Airlines employee take a woman in a wheelchair and a young boy flying alone on to one flight while leaving behind a young girl about 10 years old standing at the gate.

- I'm disappointed with these kids behavior. I don't think their punishment is too harsh. Would they want somebody talking to their grandparents in that manner. Probably not. We need to start holding our kids accountable for their actions.
